Creative Lead & Director of Photography
Having worked in commercials, documentary, short & feature film, corporate,education, government and the non-profit sector; Justin has a proven track record of seeing creative concepts from conception-to-production-to-delivery. A career that began as an Associate Producer for TVO’s Green Heroes, developing critical storytelling skills aimed at capturing the attention of a large audience. Justin moved on to work as a freelance Cinematographer and Editor; honing his skills as a Director of Photography, capturing images with a cinematic appeal in his storytelling.
As a freelance filmmaker Justin played key roles in many social justice campaigns such as when the 11 year old Rachel Parent went up against CBC’s Kevin O’Leary to advocate against GMOs, and brand building campaigns for the Toronto Tool Library and the Law Societyof Ontario; educational projects like producing a video series to assist in teaching English to the citizens of Colombia, and videos aimed at training doctors to use advanced medical devices; he has produced several 15 and 30 second commercials played on local broadcasters such as CP24 and CTV; among creative roles in short and feature films Justin also produced awareness building videos for his now elected local MP during the 2015 Federal Election.
His passion as a producer, cinematographer and storyteller is to create stunning images that will connect human messages with an audience.
A seasoned storyteller, Steven is an award winning producer and director with over a decade’s worth of experience working in scripted, documentary, and branded content. After finishing the University of Toronto Drama and Film Studies programin 2006, Steven was hired by the National Hockey League as a Video Editor for Hockey Operations in Toronto.He soon worked his way to become a Features Producer for NHL Studios, creating original documentaryand editorial work for NHL.com and its affiliated brands (Scotiabank, Canadian Tire, L’Oreal).
Kunle Bristow is a communications futurist, executive trainer and commercial director. He specializes in film and video contentthat speaks to tomorrow. Kunle has directed projects for clients such as Google and the Law Society of Upper Canada, and has delivered training at Cisco and Microsoft. He was trained in the Director’s Guild and the International Cinematographers Guild.
Copywriter and Branding Strategist
Erin Hynes is a freelance copywriter, content marketer, content strategist, and content creator. Using her SEO and digital marketing skills, Erin has developed a successful travel brand (www.pinatravels.ca) and podcast (www.alpacamybags.ca) which demonstrate her ability to develop a creative brand, unique voice, and an engaging community. Erin freelance copywrites for the Matador Network and Intrepid Travel Group, and works with Toronto-based creative agencies in community management.
Philip Stern is a writer, planner and communications specialist. Stern works with clients to build their business & media campaign plans, helping hone their visions and value propositions. He is also an investor in early-stage biotech and information tech. Stern earned his B.Com at McGill and his MBA at Harvard Business School.
